Terms and Conditions Agreement

Business Name: Gator Alley Dog Training Academy, LLC
1. Program Enrollment and Deposit
1.1. To secure a training spot, Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 at the time of booking.
1.2. The deposit guarantees the Client’s reservation in the selected training program and will be applied toward the total program cost.
1.3. The remaining balance is due on or before the first day of training, or by a specified date prior to program start.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1. The $500 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including Client cancellation, schedule changes, or failure to attend.
2.2. If Client needs to reschedule, Gator Alley may, at its discretion, allow the deposit to be applied to a future training session if notice is provided at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date.
2.3. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or other methods agreed to in advance by Gator Alley Dog Training].
3.2. Full payment must be received prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. Late payments may be subject to a 10% late fee after 7 days past due.
4. Dog Health and Behavior
4.1. Client certifies that their dog is in good health and up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, distemper, and bordetella (kennel cough).
4.2. Gator Alley reserves the right to refuse service if a dog shows signs of illness, aggression beyond manageable limits, or poses a safety risk to staff or other animals.
4.3. Client agrees to disclose any known behavioral issues, including aggression, fear, or bite history.
5. Liability Waiver
5.1. Client understands that dog training involves inherent risks.
5.2. Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Gator Alley Dog Training Academy, LLC, its owners, trainers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in training, including injury or damage to persons, property, or animals.
5.3. Gator Alley will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants and animals during training.
6. Training Results
6.1. Client acknowledges that dog training success depends on multiple factors, including the consistency of practice, and Client participation.
6.2. Gator Alley requires 2 take home sessions before the release of any dog that participates in the board and train program.
7. Media Release
7.1. Client grants Gator Alley permission to use photos, videos, and likenesses of their dog for promotional or educational purposes, unless Client provides written notice opting out.
8. Balanced Training Methods
8.1. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Trainer may utilize a variety of balanced training tools and techniques, including but not limited to action collars and electronic collar (e-collar) conditioning. All tools will be used responsibly, humanely, and in accordance with industry best practices to support the dog’s training and safety.
